Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.

What's the first step?

Give me a quick call, or pop me a text! I will come to your home to meet your pets. This completely free appointment allows you to ask questions, complete paperwork, and discuss your needs. Once we decide that your pet likes me, we can go ahead and schedule walks!

Is there an extra charge if my dog has an emergency?

No. We keep you dog's veterinarian information on file in case of an emergency. We will always attempt to contact you first before taking any action. However, in case of acute illness or injury, we like to be prepared to give your pet the best care possible.

Will my dog have the same walker every time?

Yes. It is important for your dog to develop a trusting relationship with the walker. This only occurs with regular walks and interaction. This bond makes your dog more at ease on walks, and allows you know who they are with at all times.

How will you gain access to my home?

Every situation is different, so we will create a plan for you at our initial meeting. This may include a lockbox, garage code, door code, or spare key. 

Do you provide leashes?

Yes. We will bring a leash to walk your dog. However, if you have a leash you would prefer us to use, we will happily use your preferred leash. We do like for dogs to have their own harness or gentle leader if they struggle to follow direction. Harnesses and gentle leaders are great tools for dogs who tend to pull when being walked.
