Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.

What's the first step?

Send us a text, call, or email! We will come to your home to meet with you and your pets. This completely free appointment allows you to ask questions, complete paperwork, and discuss your needs. Once your dog has fallen in love with us, we will schedule your first walk.

Is there an extra charge if my dog has an emergency?

No. We keep you dog's veterinarian information on file in case of an emergency. We will always attempt to contact you first before taking any action. However, in case of acute illness or injury, we like to be prepared to give your pet the best care possible.

Will my dog have the same walker every time?

Yes. It is important for your dog to develop a trusting relationship with his/her walker. This only occurs with regular walks and interaction. This bond makes your dog more at ease on walks, and allows you know who they are with at all times.

How will you gain access to my home?

Every situation is different, so we will create a plan for you at our initial meeting. This may include a lockbox, door code, or spare key. We are happy to work within guidelines set by apartment complexes.

What are pack walks? Do you do them?

Pack walks are a walk where dogs from different households are exercised by a single walker. We do not participate in pack walks. We believe in giving individualized attention to each of our clients. Not every pup likes to walk the same path and most walk at wildly different paces. We also help reinforce commands/training you request. This is much easier with dogs that all live in the same household. Rest assured that your dog gets quality one-on-one time with his/her walker.
